  1. 1. Agreement to Terms

    By engaging A & S DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. for freight transportation or warehousing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This constitutes a binding transportation agreement Ohio for all logistics services handled at our 985 Shrock Road facility or via our transit fleet.

  2. 2. Description of Services

    A & S DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. provides 24/7 logistics including cargo transportation, warehousing for freight transportation, and last-mile delivery solutions in Central Ohio.

  3. 3. Quotes and Payment

    Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in your specific logistics contract.

  4. 4. Client Obligations

    Clients must ensure accurate cargo declaration and proper packaging. A & S DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC. reserves the right to inspect all freight arriving at our warehouses for freight transportation in Columbus.

  5. 5. Liability and Insurance

    Our liability is limited based on standardized industry carriage rates. Supplemental insurance is recommended for high-value cargo transportation.

  6. 6. Claims

    All claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 48 hours of delivery or planned arrival at our Columbus, OH terminal.

  7. 7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Franklin County.

  8. 8. Termination

    Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice, provided all outstanding invoices are settled.
